Shipping Nationwide Information

The initiation of Shipping services in New Zealand excludes NON-RURAL areas due to 48-hour delivery uncertainty.

By leveraging New Zealand Couriers, we can now fulfill shipping orders for our products nationwide. Our new containers ensure they arrive intact and stay chilled during transit with our reusable ice packs.

Upon receiving your products, promptly place them in the refrigerator to maintain chill. Ice packs are intended only for transit cooling.


This expansion addresses the significant demand experienced since our launch in 2024. Following a comprehensive evolution of various couriers services, we have partnered up with a provider that ensures reliable and efficient delivery.


Key shipping details are as follows;

- Orders must be placed by Tuesday's at 12:00 PM (noon) for dispatch on Wednesday's or Thursday's

- Delivery is anticipated within approximately 48 hours from the time of dispatch and taking up to 1-2 days to receive your order!

- Shipping costs encompass reusable ice packs during your shipment to keep order chilled during transit

- The current pricing structure accommodates a minimum of two tubs or more & up to 5kg

- You will receive tracking updates via text message and/or email (check your spam mail)

- During checkout, please ensure you select the accurate destination for your order, so there is no delays!

- Please make sure you choose wisely as we DO NOT offer refunds unless we are at falt! 

- In case of any discrepancies upon package arrival, promptly inform the delivery driver, courier company, and us.

Day & Time Collection -

Wednesday's 4.00pm - 5.00pm pick up time
We do have dogs on site and ensure a smooth transaction, we do ask that you collect your order between these hours.

If your going to be late, give us a message via Instagram or Email

 

- Please do take note of the following -

No follow-ups or rescheduling of orders after the collection time frame. Unclaimed or uncollected orders do not ensure rescheduling. Buyer's responsibility. Any orders not collected will be resold. These items are perishable, so if you cannot adhere to our set time frames, please refrain from placing an order.

 Ensure careful consideration when selecting as refunds are not provided unless we are at fault.
